I put my family through that…

And that experience made me promise myself never to put my family through that again…

But more importantly… I was determined never to feel like that scared, evicted teenager ever again.

So I had to learn the law and empower myself.

• Your landlord violated something. Here’s how to prove it and use it against them. They’ll try to smush it… but here’s how to prove such cases beyond any doubt.
   
• How landlords get rent without calling it rent (UAO)... and the only way to defend yourself from this deadly tactic. Most people fall for it.
   
• Do this when you’re faced with a UAO. Easiest claims you can make to delay having to pay the fees… and even reduce the amount of money the landlord can get.
